  A recipient’s own ATM card is required; remittance for those below the age of thirteen may be received by one of the parents/guardians

  Required items/information

  • ATM card (the recipient’s own or the proxy’s)
  • National ID Number or residency number (recipient/proxy)
  • NHI card number of the recipient

  • Cash withdrawal is available from the ATM machines of the designated financial institutions

  Enter the recipient/proxy’s ATM card into the ATM machine, enter the password and operate the machine as instructed by the screen display.
